Dear Colleagues, I am a 21 year old guy working at Wipro Kolkata in a DOP project (Supply Chain management) joined in December 2022. Last year I didn't get MSI as my salary restructured from the initial salary. The same thing happened with my teammates who joined with me as our CTC was below 2 lakhs. But I also noticed that one of my known people in my team who joined after 4 months of mine got 3 ⭐ and got around 6% hike as her initial salary was around 2 Lakhs. These are all about last year.
This year I got 5 ⭐ on my hardwork into the team and my current CTC is ₹1,91,598.
Guys do you have any idea how much I can get? I'm totally disappointed in Wipro. I don't know how many days I will get less salary.
And if you have any advice for me please give it to me. I need your mentorship.

Why you are still working at wipro with that much less salary…you have good English Vocabulary skills and even in Non voice or Voice Roles at some other company you’ll get better pay than here…better search for some other good opportunity or upgrade ur skillset for even bigger opportunities
Bro gain some skills and try to switch to some other company, even with hike your salary would be too less
Dear all , He is just 21 year old , so its ok to earn less in intial phase.... Bro , you should should continue working in wilro but most imp acquire some skills and certifications and after 2 years you will get triple salary of this
he story started from 2022 and it is 2024 how can some one suggest him to stay in wipro after this ?!
