Hi does any one have any idea i had claimed for amount approx 7k which has got approved and I got email as well. Now its already 4 working days passed but money has not yet credited to my salary bank account do you know any specific person to connect with.???

You will not get any sms for this amount, check your bank statement if its credited or not

Is it then why they say 2 to 3 working days earlier amount also credited before 2 days even passed

It's supposed to take 4 days, but it's been 15 days and still not done. I'm not sure why, but unless you follow up regularly, they won’t process it.

I think it takes some time. I am also waiting for amount to get credited. My bills were approved on 22 July

But it has never take more then 1 or max 2 days after Approval
2 to 3 working days they say
