Does anyone have any idea on why the claims are getting rejected even for medical tests done for the Maternity related.

What is the use of MAS here?

For pathology tests we need to go for cashless, they won't reimburse

I submitted a prescription, medicine bill and test reports everything was approved for me. You can check with customer care, for reasons to be rejected and then you can resubmit after completing the remaining things.
