Completed WILP on Nov '23. Employee Conversion CTC based on my last 2 year ratings (3,4) is 5.75 with 1.75 bonus that I gotta pay back if I leave before Dec '24 & exp is 4.11

Hi bro, I'm also pursuing WILP currently in 3rd year I just eager to know how they decide package after completing WILP ?
WILP package depends on your 3,4 year annual ratings. If it's 4,5 / 3,5 / 5,5 you'll get the highest package of 5.75lpa. if your ratings are decremental trend then you'll get the 5, 5.25 lpa.
