Trending @Wipro; Machime sanitization

I got released from project in may. Then I received sanitization mail. But i opted for no sanitization as i didn't do any work in previous project Obviously I did this after discussing with my manager. And he did give approval for no sanitization required. But still I'm receiving mail for sanitization continuously. What am I supposed to do? My teammates did the same procedure but I am the only one who is getting continuously mails for sanitization. Even today also I received it and mamager from my current project is in cc.
