Man, why are these managers double faced? I did very well this year, and my manager himself has appreciated the effort on several occasions. Despite that, gives me a 3 rating directly on portal without even letting me know 😒

We were in the mid of appraisal discussion, my manager asked me to check the rating.
I checked, I was like this not what I deserve.
Then, he said everyone thinks they deserve better.
Then, I made him appreciate my work.
at the end he said, there is a rule that we cannot give 4 or 5 rating to more than 15% of the employee& You are doing great work keep it up.

Bhai sabka yahi mera lat year 5 tha Anhi 3 diya same project me. Customer demand kar raha hai mujhe aur wipro value nahi de raha hai.
