Is anyone knows the LOP rules for B2 band?
From 2nd December I'll be in B2 band, and from 1st january I'll be in free pool. So how much time I got?

You get 30 days in the free pool bro. After that, LOP rules apply strictly. Make sure to find a project asap or you'll be on unpaid leave. Good luck! 💪

Bench policy has been updated for b3 and below total bench days are 90 and then there will be exit procedure for above b3 it is 45 days paid bench then 129 days (lop extended on bench) then exit procedure can be initiated by HR
