After 45 days of bench time LOP starts. Then they give you 2 months + 2 week's time to find a project. Although it's WMG's work to give us projects, they insist that it's our fault if we still don't find any projects. Keep upskilling by doing WiLearn courses, or any study material outside. Ultimately, no one should be depending on the company for their growth.
