Hi All, I am on bench since last 1 month. I am afraid my LOP will start soon, no project is available for this quarter. Can anyone let me know how much of your salary gets deducted. Is it 100% or less? Also where can I find the bench policy and policies regarding LOP.

After (45 days + your left out leaves days ) you will get lop where you won't be getting even a single penny. After that, you will get 3 months to acquire a project. After that, they might extend the duration for your project search Or might not!
