Trending @Wipro; LOP

Hello, I was on bench since 4th april, I got allocated in a new project and non-billable right now will get billability on 30th may. But HR is initiating LOP from 19th may to 30th may , they are not considering anything. What can be done this is very tough right now.

Convince the PM/DM to give you atleast 50% billability from the day you started working (not the day you joined the project). From day 1 itself you should have shown your eagerness to learn and start contributing. End of the day it's all about business... nobody cares for your LOP .... don't mind my directness

Unfortunately there’s nothing much you can do except applying for leaves if you have any for that period which will reduce your LOP.
