If we have annual leaves, can they be used for our LOP extension. If can, if we apply notice period immediately after coming to bench, can same LOP + Annual leaves be used , so that i can receive salary for some more days

Yes. After 45 days of bench period, you can use your leave to extend the the bench with pay
