What is this lop ? In just 45 days we have to find a new project, and our org itself don’t have enough projects. What should we do ?
Just leave the company it’s waste of time searching for useless projects .. I have been to these situations and it was lot of burden to me
And Wipro has worst policies which don’t make any sense
I am in the same situation currently was released from the previous project and after just 45 days got the LOP. Is this justifiable as the notice period here is 90 days and they r giving us just 45 days to find new project even if they don't have enough suitable projects for us now!! Looking for a project from 1st day in free pool but no luck still and lop has started..
Try to upskill yourself and just switch to another org.
now again they might have changed LOP period to 30 days
As per company policy , In Current project once your billing period is closed you have to search and find the new role within 45 days , If not then your LOP days is starting from 46th day itself. You wont get any salary from that. Try to get any project of your skillset or else go with any other skillset that suits you.
80% lop means company wants employee resignation.
