I am in my LOP, the system applies all my annual leaves. Now I don't have any remaining, So if I suppose I get a project now, I won't get any leaves the entire year? Is that true! Please tell anyone have idea.
There's no specific amount of annual leaves in Wipro. Employees earn 1.5 leaves after every month. So you'll earn leaves like that even if there's currently no leaves for you.
This is a trap from wipro. They ask you to utilize your all leaves so that they don't need to pay when you leave. 1st thing as soon as you have an idea that you will be going on LOP .. don't waste time start searching and applying jobs. Companies are never loyal to employees. As soon as you understand it will be better for your growth

No leaves added , only u get 1.25 leaves per mnth + sick leaves if u hv not used it yet
When you get in LOP you have to accept a doc in employment movement or something I don't remember clearly. There you can mark if you want your LOP to start immediately or it can get extended by the same time as per your leaves. If you mark that you don't want leaves period to be extended I. LOP , your leaves can remain intact and you can use them wherever you get project.. Sick leaves cannot be adjusted though
