But if you will not take leaves during notice period you will receive money basic if your salary as these are earned leaves

It completely depends on manager, if there is any KT pending, or any operational things to be covered, he/she can ask HR to extend the last day, regardless of leave taken on NP or not

No it depends on your manager if he approves no one extend last working day
