8 annual leaves will carry forward to next year. 5 sick leaves will need to use by dec 31 st otherwise it will lapse

There is a twist that I recently came to know. Go to dot-success factors-login-leave management-manage time off-Time Accounts. The number you see in the Annual Leave 2025 box, is the number of leaves going to lapse by the end of Jan'26.
