Trending @Wipro; Leave policy for Bench

I am on bench and my last day of bench is 10th July. I am thinking of applying my paid leaves so that I can extend my bench days. But my HR said that this is not applicable according to new policy. Does anyone have an idea regarding this, whether it is true or not? Or what is the exact policy?

I will suggest not to apply leave If you are planning to leave the organisation then you will get leave encashment
So it is better to search for opportunities within wipro or outside

Dude, keep on applying all the leaves. It will get applied and in that way, You will get more time. When you are left with a week or few days, you might face some issue applying leaves.. So, better apply all your leaves now.
