Trending @Wipro; Leave encashment scam

My last date is March 3, on Jan 31st they lapsed my leave from 18 to 8. So ten days of leave encashment they scammed I guess. What should I do, my manager already collected leave encashment days in December. She is telling it will credited in April payroll. But I am leaving in March itself. Kindly guide

Always take leaves, just take rest or go for a movie if you can't take a vacation or a long leave. Leave encashment is a scam, they just pay the basic in your FnF.

It depends on your project. In my project, the manager asked if few leaves were gonna lapse by Jan 31 means we can convert to encashment.
