Please let me know what leaves can be availed during notice period?

Sick leave, Annual leave etc.

My manager is blackmailing me she would change my exit date if in case I apply leave during notice period.

Is there is policy for this?

There is no policy on leave during NP.. however it all depends on your manager. I was in NP and taken annual leaves yet my manager approved.

Sick leave you can apply they can't reject if she will ask you can provide her doctor prescriptions recipe

Better not to take leaves... At the last moment they will increase your notice period. They will inform you that you have taken leaves.. (they have done with my friend )
