Trending @Wipro; Leave during bench due to medical issue
Hi.. My project last date is June 30.. And I am suffering with some strange knee problem for past few months.. couldn't stand or walk for even 10 mnts.. What if I need a medical leave during my Bench days ? Adding more stress as both health and work are in tough situation now.. please suggest some ideas
Totally valid concern. Really hope all employees stop thinking about only themselves and try to help one another

Yeah bench policy is 45 days. There needs to be government regulation, once we get into company it should be the organizations responsibility to find us a project. Not sure why they put that on employee.
Please discuss with the HR manager. Genuinely express your situation they will help you out I saw my colleague who was suffering from an appendix she discussed with HR and HR helped her from leave to medical reimbursement.. note: not everyone is bad in corporate.
