Hi All
Let me know if anyone is working from noida/ggn location and not following hybrid policy. U have seen lot of people who are not following this policy and their EL will be dedicated next week. Is this true ? Because for me I haven’t received any compliance mail till now.

Yes, leaves are getting deducted for number of non-compliant days.

In most cases non compliant email will not received and leaves will get deducted after one month , so that you wont b able to adjust and will not even apply for temporary wfh
