Trending @Wipro; Leave Balance Utilization During Notice Period
Hi All,
I am currently serving my notice period, and my last working day is April 12th.
I have 23 annual leave days and 5 wellbeing leave days remaining.
I would like to check whether these leaves can be availed during the notice period. Also, please let me know if taking these leaves would extend my last working day. Looking forward to your guidance.
Wellbeing leaves are fine. But don't try to use it all at one shot or repeatedly...this may trigger your manager or client. And I suggest avoiding annual leaves as that is highly risky and they might extend your notice period.
Wellbeing leaves doesn't extend your notice period but annual leave may extend your notice period but its depends on manager
Are you sure you're leaves won't lapse today? 23 seems like a lot, you should have taken BEP
Take one one day leave it should be fine or you can still cash it in full n final
