Trending @Wipro; Kindly suggest something on below issue
I am completely fed up with Wipro. On one side, the client is asking me to work non-stop from 10 in the morning to 8 in the evening. And on the other side, Wipro keeps asking for wilearn trainings, SHL assessments, Berrybot interviews, and sometimes HR sends mails for MySkillz certification. What should I do? If I don’t complete these, they send compliance mails. Please suggest something.
I don’t give shit about those who mails only when I get escalated I do it until then I don’t . Number of years does not matter if your learning or earning as per your expectations you can be here if nothing better to leave .
I am done with Wipro now. No promotion, no hike. I am looking for jobs outside, and once I get , I will resign from here.
Myskill z and wilearn trainings won't take much time you can do that in single day as well I think you are over thinking
Yes, I can complete everything in a single day, but what is the use of it? Even after spending 4 years in Wipro, I haven’t received any promotion, even though my last two ratings were 4. Even after completing all these trainings, they still don’t give any promotion. It only increases my workload. In one day, I just skip all the videos and submit the assignments. It feels like a waste to do all that.
Myskill z is a must for promotion, as per my knowledge, so you should complete that at least so that you can ask for promotion, otherwise they will give this reason for not promoting.
I already completed my MySkillz certification two years back. Even at that time, they told me the same thing. I checked with my manager, and he told me that I need to stay at least six months in the N+1 role to get a promotion. But my colleague didn’t attend any MySkillz exam, and he still got promoted..
You are in a project why would you get berrybot interviews? That is for bench people right?

No you are wrong it’s random not associated with bench status if ur at L3-L5 for your designated skill then also it might come just to check ur knowledge depth and how prepaered are you for interviews, they do this to mainatain a stack of people who can be presented to new clients just to show off the depth of wipro engineers, bench I am not sure but I gave the test being at L5 for my primary tech stack skill

Why you complaint , please see if you really upto mark or not . If are feeling pressure please talk to PM release from project or move to another food project .
Project is good and the PM is also supportive. I don’t have any issue with the project work or with the PM. I only raised the concern to highlight the challenge I faced, not as a complaint.
They simply sending these kind of emails… just ignore and move out from wipro for your better career.. almost many ppl are doing same.. wipro is nit doing good these days… thats the reason many ppl like higher level employee moved to cognizant.. they cognizant atleast give 5% increment this year.. but wipro nothing… no promotion, no hike but you have work 24hour.. for this reason many ppl are leaving wipro

Skip skip and finish the trainings its not a big deal SHL assessment is for your own benefit n even that bothers you take help of chat gpt
Do training, Trainings are skippable. Ignore the rest of the mail.
About your work, work 9.5 hours, above that just give an excuse that you don't have a laptop with you.
