Trending @Wipro; Job change in new domain

I have currently 1.8 yrs of exp all in wipro . I have just shifted to devops , i have the knowledge about it but don’t have project experience . My doubt is i have got a project in devops inside wipro but there is also a chance if i try hard i can switch to another org. But i fear I don’t have practical exp will make me lag behind. Cuz i tell them i have 2 yoe in devops What should indo?
