Yes same here. That’s why leaving the organisation now. No MSI no recognition and no reward and more cut on variable pay as well

Usse company ko koi ghaata nahi hai. I have also resigned about 40 days back. Haven't even received a call from HR as to what the reason for resignation was.
I am at C2 level with 6 years tenure in the company and 3 promotions. Lol.5 saal mein se 3 saal I had a 5 rating. Imagine the plight when the top most of the talents don't even get a call.
FYI. The promotion hike was 10% for the last 2 ones. ROFL.
When they expect us to work with all our hard work and in the end they cut variable pay and not giving msi. Wow what a great company to work in
Yes. I am on my way out. It's my duty to raise awareness across. Pata nahi when your process leads will inform you coz in the call they clearly said HR is not going to send out any company mass mailer.
