Trending @Wipro; It is mandatory to complete 9.5 hours on the office floor . Please give me advice i am new

So far nothing like that, depends on the project you are working

currently 9.5 hrs are not mandatory , but in future there is a roumour that wipro making 6 mandatory hours for work from office

You have to be present for half day in office.i.e approx 4-4.5 hrs, then its considered as wfo. HR informed this.

If you are sitting in office < 4.5 Hr considered as absent and > 4.5 Hr but < 7.5 Hr then half day and if > 7.5 Hr then full day will be considered in office
