If you have declared something in the IT declaration portal then you have to submit the proof, If you won't submit it, they will deduct the tax amount in Feb and March salary. Even if you think it is not morally correct then you need to be updated and conscious about the last date, because they will give too many reminders for filing and uploading the relevant documents for tax deduction. It is not with Wipro only it is with each of the company.
