Hello, everyone. I need some suggestions. For the last two months, I have been suffering from arthritis, which has made it difficult for me to walk. I am currently receiving injections every 5 days. I informed my manager about my condition, and he approved 2 months of working from home. However, now they are asking me to return to the office. I am not in a condition to go back as I need to visit the doctor every 5 days. Is there any way I can continue working from home for a longer period? Alternatively, I asked my manager if I could change my location to somewhere closer to my home so that I can visit home once a week for my checkups. Please suggest what I should do and who I can reach out to, as my manager is not listening to me."
