Trending @Wipro; Is your skill suitable for project requirements

I have seen lot of B1 and B2 band employees looking for projects and many of them are on LOP. last month my project allocation ended and before that like in starting of march I am getting calls from different HR spoc only daily basis I have received 4-5 calls and messages from new projects. I don’t know why you guys are not receiving call/mail from project manager.

Reason:-

1. may be your skill is not enough to get a project or your are working on some outdated tools.
2. Update you profile on myskills and upload your certificate whatever you have done.
3. Learn some programming language , don’t rely on tools.

If you are good definitely you will receive calls from project manager.
