We can spend that traveling time with our kids and tea/snacks/free time to take care of our children needs. After my maternity leaves I was forced to come back to office. So, I asked for release and got released in March. Now I am in bench period and enjoying my free time with my 2 kids. Also preparing for interviews outside Wipro. One good thing is I got know that I can get 100% more salary than this. And without compromising with my personal life, i'll get it for sure.
Ok so whoever is on bench will not get any mail regarding wfo ? Is that so?
It sucks honest, they don't want to adopt. It's like we still run steam engines even after the discovery of bullet trains
