Yes, it's very unfair that they give two leaves in a month and deduct 12 leaves if someone doesn't go to the office.

This is very toxic

Its sad that they got away with it. Can't even go to labour department/ombudsman as they have everything on mail. Managers were also cleverly informed not to give anything in writing

Mine around 6-7 leaves got deducted
