Recently, Wipro's CTO resigned, following the recent resignation of the CEO. Could this indicate a downturn for the company?
Wipro firing many employees... In my known at least 4 peoples have been terminated bcz of HVC rating from last 2 appraisal cycle. They are staying in banch for 1 week only their project has been completed. they suddenly got termination email..
But i could see too many interviews happening for Java and fullstack 3+ profiles
Here they are terminating...but those who are in Np and asking for early release...they are not at all accepting this. One of the worst culture following by Wipro nowdays. If top management will not see this bogus things done by HRs, Competency, Practice and Managers....Wipro will see hight attiration rate in future.
Bro even unit level heads are resigning. Definitely something is up
