Trending @Wipro; Is this the road ahead?

Been at Wipro for quite some time now, but lately the signs feel hard to ignore.

First the 90-day bench policy. Then “priority trainings” that look more like YouTube videos. Now mandatory assessments and GenAI-style interviews.

It’s all branded as competency building — but it doesn’t feel like growth. It feels like pressure. A silent push — not to upskill, but to quit.

Behind every “policy” is someone who’s already given their time, effort, and trust here.

So I ask — is this really a roadmap for growth… or just a well-disguised exit plan?

It's obvious it's a well designed exit plan to force employees to quit. Srini Pallia has been a terrible ceo so far. He is clueless about what to do and keeps smiling for no reason.

And buying new companies and practices 🙂

He is just buying time to make most of his high salary. Eventually will be fired. Need to create awareness as things have turned terrible under him.

If you have been in Wipro for some time then you would be aware of the terminations that were done during Abid's time. Nothing different, things will only get worse if revenue doesn't increase. Anyway even TCS is doing layoffs. Atleast we don't have to go to office 5 days
