Trending @Wipro; Is there any way to Extend wfh
My WFH comes to the end I have used 1 month of WFH already due to some medical issues I want to extend the WFH is there any way or policy to extend. I am working in the afternoon shift.
Leaving Wipro will resolve this issue
There is a wipro app my request where one can request for reasonable accommodation in which we can request for WFH in case we are under treatment for any chronic illness, the request goes to approval by Vidal health team and then once HR approves, we will be able to wfh for the requested duration.
Also, as per new update in wipro hybrid policy, we can wfh if we work in a shift that starts or ends between 8.30 PM and 5.30 AM. Our project manager has to assign shift in my time application and approve to wfh based on the assigned shift
