Personally for me:

  1. Salary on time
  2. Wipro managers dont disturb me to do their work/ppt for them. In my previous company my manager did his work through me.
  3. Hybrid policy with no limit on hours spent in office. TCS has called everyone 5 days a week with 9hrs in office.
  4. Not laying off at the rate of TCS.
  5. I log off on time 4/5 days in a week.

Isse jyada bolunga to me Azim Premji lagunga so that's it. There are a lot of cons too

I agree there is no sudden lay off. But 45 days bench policy is first started by wipro only. After organizations started following wipro. If you come to bench, you are almost gone
