Trending @Wipro; Is there any fixed timeline for the project release? Its been 6 months for me joining wipro. Can I take project release now?

In which particular policy would i be able ro find it?
Coz, one of my friend told that the policy has changed and it doesnt even matter on the duration of the project!!!
