Trending @Wipro; Is there a buyout option available if you don't want to serve the notice period in Wipro?

I guess no. You don't. I read a case today in grapevine itself where a Wiproite claimed, even though he was on the bench, the HR refused to release him.

This doesn't make any sense just wasting employees time and testing patience.

Exactly my point, Adding to what I said. That guy had 2 YOE in Wipro with 0 project experience. He was on the bench for the entire duration of 2 years. I don't understand why they are doing so.

Nope you will need to serve your entire notice period, even i am facing the same issue

Do you need to serve full 3 months notice period if you are on bench? Or you can get early release?

You will have to serve entire 3 months notice period

Speaking from experience nope, don't think they'll release any early than 3 months I resigned while in project, tried asking for early release and it was not like a month or something, it was just 4-5 days early still they refused

Look number of leaves available at least u can get days reduced and speak to th lousy manager whom you are leaving if he can help.

No you need to serve

Even if in LOP , still they will not give early release ?

I want to know 🧐
