I have 6 years of experience all in Wipro.... Joined as a fresher. My current package is 11.38 LPA. Should I switch? Or stay ? If so how much would be a good package to switch?

It is better to move out and if you have a skill that is common you can expect anything above 20lpa and for niche skills above 24 lpa
