Trending @Wipro; Is it really very difficult to get a new project in Wipro once you are on the bench??

I have seen many posts from Wipro employees who are on the bench and looking for new projects but most of the people are asking for help to get it.

My question is, there are many emails coming on a daily basis for internal jobs in Wipro, so why are people asking for help outside on this platform, are they applying for an internal job and not getting any response or what is the real scenario that I wanted to know.

Even I have seen some of the people who have good skill sets like Java, spring boot etc. which is in very much demand still they are looking for help on this platform. Why is this so, can anyone please help me to understand the real position in Wipro??
