I do. It is mostly because our laptop screen is not at eye level so we have to always look down which puts more pressure on neck

Well when It went to extream so I was hospitalised twice in Noble and the worst is when ever a dr walked in cause from ur main dr multiple other Dr's also come along and every one ask is what happened to u the moment u say cervical Spondylitis they say ohh ur from IT.... yes how u know major issue with IT People 😏

Neck pain turned into severe spondylitis and physiotherapy

I use a monitor and adjustable chair at home so don't face any neck issues.
