Trending @Wipro; Is 90days Notice period a red flag

I am financially broke now and only way to survive is by switching my current job. But no one is considering my profile because I have 90days NP. Should I resign and then search for jobs? Please suggest.

If you receiving calls for job tell them you can negotiate np for 45-60days and discuss with wipro Hr for payout option if you can pay.

I have 20 leaves
Will they deduct 20 days in 90 days NP and after that can I pay for 20 days and get release in 50 days?

Not sure they can use your leave balance as NP but you can pay 30days and out for 60 days, also if you are on bench(not having project) then they can release you early bn 30-60days.

I was in same situation.. Assume u gave interview by saying 45 to 60 days to the HR. U cracked interview, got offer letter but wipro HR is not leaving u before 90 days...now since u resign u dun wnt to join back and new company wont wait ..they might roll out offer letter.. so better u start preparing. Once u r confident enough put paper and start searching outside..

I added 60 days in naukri
I am getting calls but when I mention "np as 90 days but will negotiate to 60days" they are telling they will okay for 45 days not for 60 days. I am kind of stuck in this. Don't know what to do

I'm in same situation,
I'm currently in bench and resigned 2 days back but HR is not allowing me for early release. I resigned due to my personal family issues, would like to take a break in career but HR is not co operative to release me even though I'm in bench
Not sure what to do ?

Don't resign unless you have a offer.

Yeah, but there should be any company that accepts 90 days NP

Better get an offer first, service based companies will give u offer, then put papers and get more offers and join which one is best, I did same thing, I got offer from hcl two days back, resigned and more interviews coming on the way...
