Trending @Wipro; INTELLIJ launching app issue

Newly installed INTELLIJ on Dell laptop. While creating an app or opening an existing app just a blink instead of opening the application on a new window. No error shown, tried with Tech Connect but no luck. Does anyone have such an experience in the past any suggestions to resolve the issue?

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing it as well. Still no luck..
