I wanted to know about the insurance policy. Is it not complete cashless. The moment I received the Dr's bill for approx 32k the insurance & the clearance bill came for 24k And when checked with hospital team they mentioned that Your Co. Is smart enough that the upper amount is being paid by the policy holder.
