Trending @Wipro; Infosys offer letter delayed

Hi Folks, If it's been more than 2 and half months since the HR discussion and you have not got an offer letter from Infosys. In the infy career portal it is still in decision pending and no regret letter has been sent to me. When I call HR he received my call last evening and he will followup and update me. When I asked him do I need to wait or consider it as rejected application. He says please wait , it is not rejected. He is saying he will check and update everytime I call. Can I hope ? Thanks in advance
