I am so undermotivated and sick of this company. I am wanting to take a break and use it for switching to my aspirations. What are the sabbatical rules and requirements?
There are many types of Sabbatical leave.
I know about higher studies like Mba or PGDM
your last year rating should be around 3
you need a University or College admission letter
If you are working in Wipro between 3-5 yrs ( may be you are the eligible above 5 yrs means you are definitely avail the Sabbatical leave).
For higher studies the maximum duration is 2 years.
If you got admission apply in advance for sabbatical leave otherwise it will delay.
The request goes to minimum 10-12 people from different departments for approval.
At last, if nobody approves your Sabbatical then HR has the admin rights to approve Sabbatical from the backend.
When you come back don't expect too much from wipro nothing will change you better find another good opportunity outside during Sabbatical
