depends upon the band. Last time I got 5 % hike in B3 band and my brother got 6% with B2 band. We both got 3.

This year purely depends on TCS, Infosys how they are going to do in their company same may be replicated at Wipro

The market looks bleak this year.
Last year got 8% being probably the highest performer in all the processes under my ADH. This year probably getting 5 rating so atleast 8 % again? If not time to cry for a retention bonus. Lol
