I have completed 1 year at wipro and i feel i am in underpay. Also working in the cloud security domain.
I am tagged to the Visa client my billing again got extended to next year sept.
Is there any chance if i ask for a salary hike holding outside better offer

If you are having offer, drop papers and ask for hike. If they do not give then move out

If you have better offer outside and they want to retain you do not withdraw your paper without seeing the revised compensation letter.
