No standard way to gauge, but it's not that difficult to know from friends working in the industry in different companies... I'd raised a servey here on grapevine but received only 48 responses so far...

You can directly express this with your manager and HR. If you are critical then they may consider or still you have any option to find an offer outside and get it matched with wipro.
