Hi everyone, I am in LOP and LOP is extended till 23rd July but I am not sure they will terminate me or not after 23rd July. So, I am thinking to put resignation but I have doubt , if I put paper will they ask to serve notice period or release me.

One more thing , if they ask you to put down papers then you will get 3 months salary and immediate release and additionally experience letter. So wait ...wait wait!!!

If you are lucky enough you will get early releasing. Else they will pay you for 90 days.
Get in touch with your HR to know about possiblities.
