Trending @Wipro; In Hand Salary?
Hi Guys, I’m new here. My CTC at Wipro is 11.75. How much in hand salary will I be getting? Since there is a lot of confusion regarding this :/
It would be close 80k monthly without Variable and in quarter if get 100% of variable then near to ₹101400/-
I have also heard that no one ever receives the full 100% variable. So what is the ideal/avg variable one receives and what are the factors that it depends on?
There is no employee control on variable payout percentage . It’s based on the organisation performance. I think last quarter was with 100% variable. Yes, we usually get bit low variable amount but not all the time. Can be 20-30 % deducuction maximum.
You will get 75 to 78k. Inhand=ctc÷15 or 15.5
Around 80k just divide your ctc with 15
