Trending @Wipro; In billable position but not in work.

Hi there, I have been in billable position for past one year, since that day still I haven't assigned any work or task. I reached hr and manager too, but no proper response from there. And also reached responsible person who allocated me to this project and some senior persons also, there was no response for there also. Can someone suggest how to proceed this issue further.
